Boker - Julian's Barbershop, Straight Razor 6/8"
The 6/8" blade with traditional square head - optimal for drawing sharp contours - was burnished black. The handle is made of white Elforyn with a black intermediate piece. This water-resistant material was developed as a substitute for ivory carvers and has almost all the optical and mechanical properties of natural ivory. The double serration of the tang ensures a secure grip in soapy hands and in the demanding everyday life of a barber.
6/8” is particularly effective for tackling robust beard growth. Its substantial blade weight ensures a gentle and effortless glide across your skin, yielding a smooth and comfortable shaving experience. It is a popular size preferred by traditional wet shavers.
The Square point is a sharper blade tip. It is a better choice for experienced users. It allows very precise shaving but should be used with care as the sharp point carries a particular risk of injury. It is ideal for thick beards and trimming contours.
Supplied with an authentic Boker stamp in the blade, a certificate of authenticity and a historical packaging.
Limited to 99 pieces.
Handmade in Solingen, Germany.
