Alexander Feldmann, the trained hairdresser is one of the pioneers of barbering in Germany. Recently, Herr Feldmann was given a special honor when a Boker knife was named after him. 

The blade with a barber's notch and serration on both sides is ground extra hollow with a wall. The Barber’s Notch is much like its Spanish counterpart. The barber's notch showcases a subtle concave curve at the blade's tip. This particular notch is purposefully designed to enhance the razor's ease of opening. Such an addition proved especially advantageous for barbers who regularly flicked open multiple razors throughout the day. It requires expert or professional level of use.

6/8” is particularly effective for tackling robust beard growth. Its substantial blade weight ensures a gentle and effortless glide across your skin, yielding a smooth and comfortable shaving experience. It is a popular size preferred by traditional wet shavers.

We have a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item.

Products that have been removed from their original packaging or have broken seals are deemed non-returnable. Returns lacking original packaging will not be accepted.

Shaving creams, soaps, lotions, and any liquids or unsealed containers are not returnable as opening the lid could compromise the integrity of the product. 

Blade sampler packs, once partially used, are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Shaving brushes, combs, gift sets, kits and other grooming products and shaving accessories are not returnable if used, have broken seals, lacking original packaging.

Due to hygiene and sanitation concerns, used items cannot be returned.

All returns and exchanges require prior authorization. To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@newenglandshaving.com. We will verify with you if the item meets our return policy criteria. Upon your confirmation, we will provide a return shipping label. Upon receipt of your return, our team will inspect it. If accepted, a refund will be issued according to our refund policy terms.

Shipping fees both ways are non-refundable in the case of return or exchange except for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

Refund requests will be denied if the returned product does not meet our return criteria or align with the initial confirmation of its condition.
