Made of stainless steel, the curved nail file was hand-sharpened by the best master blacksmiths in Seki, Japan. Thus, it is many times sharper than machine-made models and impresses with its long-lasting performance.

The rounded grooves on the nail file ensure that natural nails are evenly shaped and not torn. With the curved nail file, the high-quality coating gently brings your nails into shape and you can enjoy flawless results. Thanks to the lightweight plastic handle, the file fits comfortably and securely in your hand.

The secret of healthy nails lies in the correct use of your professional nail file: For optimal results, hold the file at a 45° angle to the edge of the nail and gently guide it back and forth until the nail is smooth and even. Use the coarse back side for pre-filing and shaping the nails, the fine front side is ideal for fine work and achieving a smooth surface.

We have a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item.

Products that have been removed from their original packaging or have broken seals are deemed non-returnable. Returns lacking original packaging will not be accepted.

Shaving creams, soaps, lotions, and any liquids or unsealed containers are not returnable as opening the lid could compromise the integrity of the product. 

Blade sampler packs, once partially used, are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Shaving brushes, combs, gift sets, kits and other grooming products and shaving accessories are not returnable if used, have broken seals, lacking original packaging.

Due to hygiene and sanitation concerns, used items cannot be returned.

All returns and exchanges require prior authorization. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@newenglandshaving.com. We will verify with you if the item meets our return policy criteria. Upon your confirmation, we will provide a return shipping label. Upon receipt of your return, our team will inspect it. If accepted, a refund will be issued according to our refund policy terms.

Shipping fees both ways are non-refundable in the case of return or exchange except for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

Refund requests will be denied if the returned product does not meet our return criteria or align with the initial confirmation of its condition.
