The Merkur razor 39C is the heavy duty razor for hard and thick beards. Due to its high weight and the torsion head, it masters even the toughest tasks easily and thoroughly. It's not for nothing that fans affectionately call him the “sledgehammer”. With the help of its grooved handle, which has been designed based on a barber pole, you have it safely and comfortably in your hand. 

The head on this razor has a slant bar. The wider gap between the blade and the bar creates a more aggressive shave. A great safety razor for a very close shave. Torsion planes are characterized by the fact that the comb and cover are twisted against each other along the longitudinal axis. As a result, the blade is very rigid and has a more acute angle of attack. With a little concentration, you will achieve extraordinary shaving results. The very large gap in the blade of the closed head allows good soap flow and is difficult to clog.

We have a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item.

Products that have been removed from their original packaging or have broken seals are deemed non-returnable. Returns lacking original packaging will not be accepted.

Shaving creams, soaps, lotions, and any liquids or unsealed containers are not returnable as opening the lid could compromise the integrity of the product. 

Blade sampler packs, once partially used, are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Shaving brushes, combs, gift sets, kits and other grooming products and shaving accessories are not returnable if used, have broken seals, lacking original packaging.

Due to hygiene and sanitation concerns, used items cannot be returned.

All returns and exchanges require prior authorization. To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@newenglandshaving.com. We will verify with you if the item meets our return policy criteria. Upon your confirmation, we will provide a return shipping label. Upon receipt of your return, our team will inspect it. If accepted, a refund will be issued according to our refund policy terms.

Shipping fees both ways are non-refundable in the case of return or exchange except for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

Refund requests will be denied if the returned product does not meet our return criteria or align with the initial confirmation of its condition.
