The Islington Brush from the Alexander Simpson Est. 1919 line is a superbly crafted, eye-catching shaving brush available in two sizes. Its lathe-turned handle is filled with carefully selected, hand-tied Pure Badger hair. The dark and silver tones of the knot mark its high quality and exceptional purity.

Scotsman Alexander Simpson began producing shaving brushes and grooming accessories in 1919 and is widely regarded as a pioneer in the industry. Originally based in East London and later in Clapham, production moved to the West Country’s Nimmer Mill after the original factory was destroyed in the Blitz. Today, Simpson shaving brushes are manufactured by Progress Shaving Brush (Vulfix) Limited on the historic Isle of Man, continuing the tradition of hand-tied knots crafted by skilled artisans.

For change‑of‑mind returns, shipping fees both ways are non‑refundable, and any prepaid return label cost will be deducted from your refund.
