The tobacco note, sourced from tobacco absolute, is strikingly realistic. A beautiful honey note, previously used in the creation of Ouddiction, adds a touch of sweetness. For the first time, Hinoki wood (Japanese Cypress) is included, offering a dry, woody essence with subtle herbal and lemony undertones. The Hinoki is delicately understated, enhancing the overall composition. The tobacco is rich, nuanced, warm, and slightly sweet, finished with a deep amber base. The Ultima formulation is a luxurious blend that sets a new standard in post-shave feel, with easy lathering that requires less water.

We have a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item.

Products that have been removed from their original packaging or have broken seals are deemed non-returnable. Returns lacking original packaging will not be accepted.

Shaving creams, soaps, lotions, and any liquids or unsealed containers are not returnable as opening the lid could compromise the integrity of the product. 

Blade sampler packs, once partially used, are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Shaving brushes, combs, gift sets, kits and other grooming products and shaving accessories are not returnable if used, have broken seals, lacking original packaging.

Due to hygiene and sanitation concerns, used items cannot be returned.

All returns and exchanges require prior authorization. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@newenglandshaving.com. We will verify with you if the item meets our return policy criteria. Upon your confirmation, we will provide a return shipping label. Upon receipt of your return, our team will inspect it. If accepted, a refund will be issued according to our refund policy terms.

Shipping fees both ways are non-refundable in the case of return or exchange except for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

Refund requests will be denied if the returned product does not meet our return criteria or align with the initial confirmation of its condition.
