Boker - Herr Feldmann Straight Razor, 6/8", Barber's Notch, Curly Birch Handles

Alexander Feldmann, a trained hairdresser, is one of the pioneers of barbering in Germany. Recently, Herr Feldmann was honored with a Boker straight razor named after him.

The blade, featuring a barber’s notch and serration on both sides, is ground extra hollow with a wall. The Barber’s Notch resembles the Spanish point, with a subtle concave curve at the tip that makes the razor easier to open. This design was especially helpful for barbers who opened many razors throughout the day. It requires expert or professional use.

6/8" is particularly effective for tackling robust beard growth. Its substantial blade weight ensures a gentle, effortless glide across the skin for a smooth, comfortable shave. This is a popular size among traditional wet shavers.

In addition to the 6/8" blade, Alexander Feldmann’s straight razor impresses with two further highlights: the blade etching in red pairs perfectly with the stabilized, colored curly birch handle, which also features a fine engraving.

Includes authentic Boker stamp on the blade, a certificate of authenticity, and classic packaging.
