Insert cutting head of the Klipette with thumb and index finger of one hand. Carefully rotate the lower cylinder back and forth with your other hand in short rapid movements. Hair is cut cleanly without being pulled. Absolutely painless and very gentle for the delicate nasal passages.
To ensure that your DOVO Klipette will serve you well for a long time, you should check the tightness of the screw from time to time and tighten it a little if necessary. Dry the Klipette thoroughly after use and oil it a little if necessary.
If the Klipette is dirty, loosen the screw to separate the bottom and top part and clean them with clear water or alcohol. Dry them carefully and treat them with light-coloured fine oil. The cutting crown must not be damaged by impact.

Products that have been removed from their original packaging or have broken seals are deemed non-returnable. Returns lacking original packaging will not be accepted.
Shaving creams, soaps, lotions, and any liquids or unsealed containers are not returnable as opening the lid could compromise the integrity of the product.
Blade sampler packs, once partially used, are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Shaving brushes, combs, gift sets, kits and other grooming products and shaving accessories are not returnable if used, have broken seals, lacking original packaging.
Due to hygiene and sanitation concerns, used items cannot be returned.

We will verify with you if the item meets our return policy criteria. Upon your confirmation, we will provide a return shipping label. Upon receipt of your return, our team will inspect it. If accepted, a refund will be issued according to our refund policy terms.
Shipping fees both ways are non-refundable in the case of return or exchange except for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
