Donato Ciniello has been working in the world of cosmetics for more than thirty years and created the Extro Shaving Creams with his passion for wet shaving about a decade ago. 100% vegetable based and free from parabens/harsh alcohols, the shaving creams are enriched with Q10, Royal Jelly, Calendula Oil and other natural ingredients all designed to nourish, protect and take care of your skin. Extro soaps are soft, creamy and very easy to whip up a rich, creamy lather.
Each 150ml sized soft soap comes in a large, wide rimmed glass jar with screw top lid. This wide rim allows you to load your brush directly from the jar.
One jar should last anywhere between four to five months of daily use.
The Extro Shaving Creams use a natural method, and it is quite normal for creams made in such a way to have irregular cavity structures and for their surfaces to not be completely smooth. This does not affect the quality of the cream and should not be considered a flaw.

We have a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item.
Products that have been removed from their original packaging or have broken seals are deemed non-returnable. Returns lacking original packaging will not be accepted.
Shaving creams, soaps, lotions, and any liquids or unsealed containers are not returnable as opening the lid could compromise the integrity of the product.
Blade sampler packs, once partially used, are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Shaving brushes, combs, gift sets, kits and other grooming products and shaving accessories are not returnable if used, have broken seals, lacking original packaging.
Due to hygiene and sanitation concerns, used items cannot be returned.
All returns and exchanges require prior authorization. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@newenglandshaving.com. We will verify with you if the item meets our return policy criteria. Upon your confirmation, we will provide a return shipping label. Upon receipt of your return, our team will inspect it. If accepted, a refund will be issued according to our refund policy terms.
Shipping fees both ways are non-refundable in the case of return or exchange except for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
Refund requests will be denied if the returned product does not meet our return criteria or align with the initial confirmation of its condition.
