For more than 40 years, Martin de Candre has crafted handmade shaving soaps in France using a highly manual, traditional process. This hot‑process soap is made with vegetable oils and scented with essential oils while still warm, then allowed to dry for 4–5 months. The long curing time concentrates the soap, giving it exceptional density, stability, and scent.

Available sizes

• Travel Size (50 g): Lightweight and compact for on‑the‑go use. Typically lasts around 4–6 months with daily shaving.
• Classic Size (200 g): Ideal for home use. Designed to last up to a year or more with daily shaving.

The concentrated texture loads quickly on the brush and whips into a slick, protective lather that supports a close, comfortable shave while rinsing cleanly without residue.

For hygiene and safety reasons, straight razors (all), manicure, pedicure and grooming tools, opened blades, opened creams/soaps/lotions/liquids, used brushes/combs, opened gift sets/kits, and partially used blade sampler packs are non‑returnable.

For change‑of‑mind returns, shipping fees both ways are non‑refundable, and any prepaid return label cost will be deducted from your refund.
