The Osma Alum Shaving Soap innovatively uses the incredibly beneficial nature of alum to create a very unique shaving soap. Classically scented and evoking the same old world flair of a solid alum block, the soap creates a gorgeous lather and only a small amount will last you the entire shave. Nicks and cuts will be soothed and put to a halt before they can even begin to impact at all.

Alum is long believed to possess incredible healing powers and is a very effective antiseptic and astringent that provides a balm like film over skin. Such a seal puts a halt to bleeding and keeps moisture locked in long after the shave. Such moisture is plentifully infused as well, thanks to nourishing Shea butters with immediate hydrating powers.

We have a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item.

Products that have been removed from their original packaging or have broken seals are deemed non-returnable. Returns lacking original packaging will not be accepted.

Shaving creams, soaps, lotions, and any liquids or unsealed containers are not returnable as opening the lid could compromise the integrity of the product. 

Blade sampler packs, once partially used, are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Shaving brushes, combs, gift sets, kits and other grooming products and shaving accessories are not returnable if used, have broken seals, lacking original packaging.

Due to hygiene and sanitation concerns, used items cannot be returned.

All returns and exchanges require prior authorization. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@newenglandshaving.com. We will verify with you if the item meets our return policy criteria. Upon your confirmation, we will provide a return shipping label. Upon receipt of your return, our team will inspect it. If accepted, a refund will be issued according to our refund policy terms.

Shipping fees both ways are non-refundable in the case of return or exchange except for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

Refund requests will be denied if the returned product does not meet our return criteria or align with the initial confirmation of its condition.
