The traditional straight razor-and-brush stand is constructed from stainless steel - not chrome over plastic like many other stands. This stand is a must for storing your straight or shavette razor and brush. It stands 7 inches tall and is more than just a display piece. The most important thing you can do to ensure brush longevity is to dry the brush with the bristles facing down in a stand.

      We have a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item.

      Products that have been removed from their original packaging or have broken seals are deemed non-returnable. Returns lacking original packaging will not be accepted.

      Shaving creams, soaps, lotions, and any liquids or unsealed containers are not returnable as opening the lid could compromise the integrity of the product. 

      Blade sampler packs, once partially used, are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

      Shaving brushes, combs, gift sets, kits and other grooming products and shaving accessories are not returnable if used, have broken seals, lacking original packaging.

      Due to hygiene and sanitation concerns, used items cannot be returned.

      All returns and exchanges require prior authorization. To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@newenglandshaving.com. We will verify with you if the item meets our return policy criteria. Upon your confirmation, we will provide a return shipping label. Upon receipt of your return, our team will inspect it. If accepted, a refund will be issued according to our refund policy terms.

      Shipping fees both ways are non-refundable in the case of return or exchange except for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

      Refund requests will be denied if the returned product does not meet our return criteria or align with the initial confirmation of its condition.

      Should you store shaving brushes up or down?

      Brushes should ideally be stored with the bristles facing downwards in a shaving brush stand. This position allows excess water to drain away from the base of the bristles, promoting faster drying and maintaining the integrity of the brush. Storing brushes upright can trap moisture, leading to potential damage over time.
