
Saponificio Varesino - Felce Aromatica Shaving Soap, Special Edition Beta 4.3
Saponificio Varesino Felce Aromatica Shaving Soap is a masterfully crafted artisan soap made in Italy. Developed using a rare male fern extract (Dryopteris Felix-mas) from a microclimate in the Italian Alps, it helps balance and soothe the skin while preventing irritation.
The fragrance opens with sparkling notes of bergamot, lemon, and tangerine. A spicy heart of ginger root and Sichuan pepper blends with bourbon geranium, followed by a sensual base of amber, sandalwood, patchouli, and vetiver. The aromatic fern fragrance harmonizes with the soap’s natural ingredients, creating a fresh and complex scent.
This artisan soap is extruded and hand-cut to a 90mm puck. The SV 1945 crown logo is hammered into each soap using traditional techniques, then wrapped in tissue and presented in a premium paperboard inner and outer box.
Beta 4.3 Formula Highlights:

- Includes larch tree extract to reduce trans-epidermal water loss (TEWL)
- Vegetal compound based on castor oil for added glide
Usage Tips:
- Cover the soap surface with a thin veil of hot water for a few minutes
- Soak a badger brush, rinse, and pour the bloom water onto the knot
- Load for 20–30 seconds and lather on the face or bowl without adding more water

We have a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item.
Products that have been removed from their original packaging or have broken seals are deemed non-returnable. Returns lacking original packaging will not be accepted.
Shaving creams, soaps, lotions, and any liquids or unsealed containers are not returnable as opening the lid could compromise the integrity of the product.
Blade sampler packs, once partially used, are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Shaving brushes, combs, gift sets, kits and other grooming products and shaving accessories are not returnable if used, have broken seals, lacking original packaging.
Due to hygiene and sanitation concerns, used items cannot be returned.
All returns and exchanges require prior authorization. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@newenglandshaving.com. We will verify with you if the item meets our return policy criteria. Upon your confirmation, we will provide a return shipping label. Upon receipt of your return, our team will inspect it. If accepted, a refund will be issued according to our refund policy terms.
Shipping fees both ways are non-refundable in the case of return or exchange except for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
Refund requests will be denied if the returned product does not meet our return criteria or align with the initial confirmation of its condition.
