In the design of the stainless steel nose hair trimmer, we have integrated a twofold safeguard against injuries to the sensitive nasal mucosa. On the one hand, the cutting edges are kept relatively short, which prevents unintentional cuts, and on the other hand, the nose scissors have rounded tips. This also classifies this nose hair trimmer as safety scissors for diabetics, as they must pay particular attention to a low risk of injury.

Soft finger rings on the handles provide more comfort when cutting. These are also antibacterial and help to keep the scissors hygienically clean for a long time. However, the rings reduce the holes for the fingers, which is why the nose hair trimmer is more suitable for small hands. The handles for the fingers are very narrow even after removing the rings.

The design of the nose hair trimmer is all about low risk of injury, but the cutting edges are nevertheless very sharp. The best master blacksmiths in Seki, Japan have sharpened them by hand. Due to the exceptional sharpness, there are no microfine tears of the nasal mucosa due to painful tugging on the nasal hairs, but you will find shortening very easy.

We have a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item.

Products that have been removed from their original packaging or have broken seals are deemed non-returnable. Returns lacking original packaging will not be accepted.

Shaving creams, soaps, lotions, and any liquids or unsealed containers are not returnable as opening the lid could compromise the integrity of the product. 

Blade sampler packs, once partially used, are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Shaving brushes, combs, gift sets, kits and other grooming products and shaving accessories are not returnable if used, have broken seals, lacking original packaging.

Due to hygiene and sanitation concerns, used items cannot be returned.

All returns and exchanges require prior authorization. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@newenglandshaving.com. We will verify with you if the item meets our return policy criteria. Upon your confirmation, we will provide a return shipping label. Upon receipt of your return, our team will inspect it. If accepted, a refund will be issued according to our refund policy terms.

Shipping fees both ways are non-refundable in the case of return or exchange except for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

Refund requests will be denied if the returned product does not meet our return criteria or align with the initial confirmation of its condition.
