Care & Maintenance:

For optimal performance and longevity, follow these recommendations:

  • Use back-and-forth paintbrush strokes when lathering instead of circular motions, which can stress the bristles.
  • Never soak the brush in water hotter than your skin can tolerate.
  • Rinse the knot thoroughly with warm water after each shave to remove all soap or cream residue.
  • Gently shake and lightly stroke the bristles on a soft towel to remove excess moisture.
  • Allow the brush to dry in a well-ventilated area; standing or hanging is fine. Insufficient drying can cause mildew and hair loss.
  • If possible, alternate between two brushes to allow a 48-hour drying period.
  • Shampoo the brush monthly with a standard hair product to keep it clean.
