The safety razor: Amiable companion object of many adventures. On the market we can find many brands from every corner of the globe: from the renowned Germans to the luxurious American safety razors, to the exceptional Japanese to the inexpensive Chinese and Korean. We can find large productions in India and England but also Spain, Portugal and Turkey can have their say with some really successful brands. What is difficult to understand, however, is where Italy is. Country always associated with the true art of shaving.

This is how the Gladio project came to life.

The idea was to create something beautiful, precise and functional, able to reflect Italian inspiration, luxury and production capacity. To create the head of the open guard safety razor (Open Comb) we opted for a level of shaving depth higher than the average to allow its use both on 3 or 4 day beards and on occasional shaving. The head is made of high quality satin-finish die-cast Zamak.

The satin aluminum handle with an extremely sophisticated design is a cross between the Steam Punk and the Motorcycle. The vertical grooves favor a firm grip even in the most complicated situations, while lightness and agility reign supreme throughout the shave.

We have a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item.

Products that have been removed from their original packaging or have broken seals are deemed non-returnable. Returns lacking original packaging will not be accepted.

Shaving creams, soaps, lotions, and any liquids or unsealed containers are not returnable as opening the lid could compromise the integrity of the product. 

Blade sampler packs, once partially used, are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Shaving brushes, combs, gift sets, kits and other grooming products and shaving accessories are not returnable if used, have broken seals, lacking original packaging.

Due to hygiene and sanitation concerns, used items cannot be returned.

All returns and exchanges require prior authorization. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@newenglandshaving.com. We will verify with you if the item meets our return policy criteria. Upon your confirmation, we will provide a return shipping label. Upon receipt of your return, our team will inspect it. If accepted, a refund will be issued according to our refund policy terms.

Shipping fees both ways are non-refundable in the case of return or exchange except for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

Refund requests will be denied if the returned product does not meet our return criteria or align with the initial confirmation of its condition.
