We have a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item.
Products that have been removed from their original packaging or have broken seals are deemed non-returnable. Returns lacking original packaging will not be accepted.
Due to hygiene and sanitation concerns, used items cannot be returned.
It’s important to note that, while Henson Shaving offers a 100-day return policy to individual customers, this policy does not extend to retailers. Therefore, we are not able to offer the 100-day return policy.
All returns and exchanges require prior authorization. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@newenglandshaving.com. We will verify with you if the item meets our return policy criteria. Upon your confirmation, we will provide a return shipping label. Upon receipt of your return, our team will inspect it. If accepted, a refund will be issued according to our refund policy terms.
Shipping fees both ways are non-refundable in the case of return or exchange except for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.
Refund requests will be denied if the returned product does not meet our return criteria or align with the initial confirmation of its condition.

This razor stand may look simple, but, you can definitely tell it was machined from a solid block of alluminum. The slightly rough machined surface makes it easy to pickup without drippoing even when your hands are wet. The Stand is surprisingly heavy for such a small stand being constructed from solid alluminum.
While owning a razor stand isn't strictly necessary, it offers several benefits that can enhance your shaving routine. A razor stand helps in properly drying and storing your razor, which can extend the life of the blades by preventing rust and corrosion.
Additionally, it keeps your razor upright, ensuring it's kept in a clean and hygienic state away from bathroom moisture and bacteria.
A well-designed stand also adds a touch of elegance to your bathroom, keeping your shaving area organized and aesthetically pleasing.
