We have a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item.

Products that have been removed from their original packaging or have broken seals are deemed non-returnable. Returns lacking original packaging will not be accepted.

Shaving creams, soaps, lotions, and any liquids or unsealed containers are not returnable as opening the lid could compromise the integrity of the product. 

Blade sampler packs, once partially used, are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Shaving brushes, combs, gift sets, kits and other grooming products and shaving accessories are not returnable if used, have broken seals, lacking original packaging.

Due to hygiene and sanitation concerns, used items cannot be returned.

All returns and exchanges require prior authorization. To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@newenglandshaving.com. We will verify with you if the item meets our return policy criteria. Upon your confirmation, we will provide a return shipping label. Upon receipt of your return, our team will inspect it. If accepted, a refund will be issued according to our refund policy terms.

Shipping fees both ways are non-refundable in the case of return or exchange except for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

Refund requests will be denied if the returned product does not meet our return criteria or align with the initial confirmation of its condition.

How do you open a Rockwell razor? 

To open a Rockwell T2 adjustable safety razor, simply twist the dial at the bottom of the handle. This twist-to-open mechanism will open the top of the razor, allowing you to easily remove and replace the blade. Close the top by twisting the dial in the opposite direction. This feature is part of what makes the Rockwell T2 a perfectly weighted and balanced safety razor, especially with its safety razor chrome finish option and included travel cover.

How do you maintain the safety razor chrome finish? 

To maintain the safety razor chrome finish, regularly clean the razor and dry it with a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials when you’re cleaning it to avoid any damage.
