Edwin Jagger - Chatsworth Chrome Shaving Brush

The Edwin Jagger Chatsworth Chrome Shaving Brush is the metal handled version of the Chatsworth design, handmade in Sheffield, England. Each handle is hand polished to a bright chrome gleam before it leaves the workshop and has a reassuring weight in the hand. The stepped curves and flared base draw on 1930s design and Georgian architecture, and the shape gives a firm grip even when lathering with wet hands.

Pick the knot that suits your shave. Best Badger is firm and exfoliating, a good match for coarse beards. Silver Tip Badger is the softest and most luxurious natural hair Edwin Jagger offers. Synthetic Silver Tip uses no animal products: a mix of straight and crimped fibers with untrimmed tips holds warm water like natural hair, feels gentle on sensitive skin, dries quickly and will not shed, so it lasts for years with simple care.

All three use a medium 21 mm knot that holds a generous load of lather while staying easy to control. The same handle shape is also available in polyester with Best Badger, Silver Tip Badger or Synthetic Silver Tip fill.

Rinse the brush after each use, shake out the excess and let it dry bristles down. It fits the Edwin Jagger small drip stand in Black or Imitation Ivory, sold separately. Not suitable for use with shaving oil.

For change‑of‑mind returns, shipping fees both ways are non‑refundable, and any prepaid return label cost will be deducted from your refund.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 3 business days and we will make it right.

Due to seasonal temperatures, shaving creams and soaps may
soften or melt during transit, but this only affects texture and not safety or
lather performance, and is not considered a defect under our policy.
